Web Designer (HTML/CSS/WordPress)

We are looking for dynamic, young individuals who have a passion for design and take pride in producing high quality work. We are looking for Web Designers with a strong eye on details who can convert the provided designs/references into pixel perfect HTML and WordPress websites.

If you have studied visual communication design or graphic design and wish to work in web design field, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities

• Front-end WordPress website design.
• Convert PSD designs into custom WordPress themes using HTML, CSS and JS.
• Convert PSD designs into WordPress websites using page builders.
• Build wireframes and website layouts in HTML/CSS looking at reference websites.
• Customize pre-made WordPress themes to build websites as per client requirements.
• Collaborate with web developers to implement a unified solution.

Must Have

• Excellent HTML & CSS skills with extreme attention to detail to convert PSD designs into pixel-perfect website.
• Basic Javascript and jQuery knowledge.
• Strong eye on details to be able to deliver pixel perfect websites.
• Knowledge about responsive website design.
• Strong sense of fonts, colours, padding and margins.
• Excellent visual design skills.
• Creative and open to new ideas. Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Extra preference will be given to candidate who also know PHP and WordPress development.
• Graphic designing skills like photo editing, creation of logo, icons, banner images etc. – Not mandatory.
