Business Development Executive (Fresher)

Job Description

We are looking for self motivated, result oriented dynamic individuals with very strong written and spoken English communication skills for finding, converting and nurturing leads. We only work with off-shore clients so having good command over English language is a must so that you can communicate with the client properly (mostly via chat and email).

We provide design to website code conversion service where we help our clients in converting their website designs in PSD, Sketch, Adobe XD etc into WordPress website code.

Your responsibility would be to find and convert leads for such projects and manage communication with client.

Target Market: Our target market for clients are digital marketing agencies, creative agencies, branding/advertising agencies and freelance web designers from countries like USA, UK, Australia and Canada.

Responsibilities

Submit bids/proposals on jobs on Upwork.com from our agency profile (Online Bidding).
Finding clients via LinkedIn marketing.
End-to-end client communication during project.
Following-up and maintenance of client records in our CRM.

Must Have

Excellent written and spoken English skills. THIS IS MOST IMPORTANT.
Good comprehension to understand the requirements and sending proposals accordingly.
Excellent & effective communication skills with positive attitude.
Target oriented and an effective team player with leadership qualities.
